not sure if thats what its called. best name i can think of.

checked ocuk shop seems they dont sell switches built onto pci slot covers?

is there anywhere else i could get one from? do they even exhist? dont fancy trying to make one myself haha

I read it as a switch mounted to a PCI bracket, as in to turn something on or off. You can get them with some fans to control the speed, they are normally 3 way switches.

The big question is why?

a switch like.. for example a fan over ram? turn it on whilst gaming.

lights. i have some led strips (12v) usualy used for a car with a built inline resistor. and i was thinking of wireing them up. but would want a switch so i could turn them off when not required.

Well, you can get the PCI slot covers and then drill a hole to insert a switch. Yes, you can get them with cathodes, and some fans have a rheostat on them, but I have never seen them sold seperatly.

Best to make your own. Especially as they will have non-standard connections on them.
