PCI to SATA

Hi there,

Does a card exist that allows you to turn a standard PCI slot (P4 box) to SATA2 connections?

of course there is. just do a search for pci to sata.

actually nevermind. the standard PCI - SATA adaptors are out of stock now.

Are you after PCI-X or PCIe, the PCI-X standard never really took off.

What you need is a PCI SATA controller. A lot of them come with RAID controllers as well.
