PCI wireless adapter for Netgear D384G

Have constantly had problems with my Belkin USB wireless adapter. It often drops the signal or doesn't connect full stop despite the signal reading mostly 75%+.

Never had a problem with my laptop in the same room with it's built-in wireless adapter.

So seems the USB Belkin is the problem so gonna try PCI (even tried the Belkin only 3m from the router and it still failed to connect at times).
Seen on here that USB are often carp and I've had enough!

Can someone recommend a PCI adapter to use with a Netgear DG834G wireless router?

I've always avoided mixing and matching brands on wifi if possible, the exception being inbuilt wifi.
