Pcie 4x to dual nvme?

Hey folks. As the title says I am wondering if there is such a thing as a pcie 4x to dual nvme adaptor of sorts. I can find a dual card that is nvme and sats, both m.2 but need both nvme if possible. I have a few x16 slots obviously but I need the x16 to go full speed and if I put anything in any of the other 2 it cuts it down to a 8x slot. I was advised if I could get a dual nvme for my pcie 4 slot then this would be my way around it for my drives. Not sure if I could put one on the pcie 4x and maybe the 1x? My board is a x570 hero wifi of that makes any difference.
