Pcie slots confusion

So for my 'new' GPU I need 2 8pin pcie cables, on my PSU there's only 1 labelled, though there is another 4+4 slot.

the PSU is a corsair 750cxm, the sockets look like this: https://postimg.cc/VdHNS6dj

Specs online list it as 2 pcie plugs but the labelling is throwing me off.
Is the pcie & 4+4 interchangeable so I can run two separate cables thought them?

The plugs on the PSU-end for the PCI-E and CPU cables are often made interchangeable, yes, but it does depend on the PSU.

The plugs on the device-end for the PCI-E and CPU are very much not interchangeable (i.e. don't try and use a PCI-E cable for a CPU, or vice versa).
