MSI bundle a 4x 10Gb card with the x570 godlike, but I think it's a 3.0 card (all the others I've seen using the same chipset are 3.0). 4.0 2x would give the same bandwidth, assuming you can track one down.
PCIe 3.0 supports 985MB/s per lane so PCIe 4.0 will be around 2GB/s. That's somewhere around 16Gbps theoretical so... It looks like the bandwidth is there.
How efficiently LAN adapters use PCIe I don't know. But you'd have to wait for PCIe 4.0 network cards to be released and I wouldn't hold my breath. PCIe 4.0 just hit consumer motherboards after all.
