PCL XL error

Hi everyone ,

Printer: HP Colorlaserjet 3500

When i try and print a document in access or word this error message prints instead on the document,

PCL XL error

error: ColorSpaceMismatch
operator: VendorUnique
Position: 9

Can anyone help cos i am pulling my hair out literally
