Don't think there's any case studies yet, but it's not like it used to be.

Whats actually changed... I mean I know whats technically changed, but a lot of people on the web are saying that the law has not really solidified anything over what it used to be before.

I.e, they would still have to prove you agreed to the T's and C's?

I parked up at South Mimms, and slept for a few hrs. A week later I had a PCN for £100. Could not believe it.

Imagine, a motorway service station that you CANNOT SLEEP IN?!!!

Whats next?!!

Obviously I have no intention of paying or entering into any correspondance, but I would be interested to hear what people have to say about the registered keeper now being liable??

^^ AFAIK most of them you can pay £8-10 for upto 24 hour blocks over the free 2 hours.
