PCS+ 290x different models, PPDHV2E vs PPDHE

I RMA my 290x because of a rattling center fan. I had an PPDHE model and now Powercolor is giving me PPDHV2E. The only difference it seems is that my older model had factory memory OC to 1350 vs PPHDV2E memory at 1250.

Does anyone have any info on the differences of these two model PCS+ 290x?
