PDA help not sure what to get

Looking for a PDA which can do the following:

1. GPS
2. Phone
3. WiFi
4. Bluetooth
5. Modem for laptop
6. Digi Cam
7. Has a large screen

Im tempted by the E-Ten X600 the only thing putting me of is the processor is only 400MHz will this cope with TT6 as my acer N35 just isn’t quick enough when re routing.

I have read a lot of the PDA threads on here but nothing is very decisive for what I want.

I prefer a larger screen with no keys at the bottom, as it will be used as a GPS a lot of the time, but want ease of use when calling from it as well.

Is there a better option?
 
htc touch cruise fits the bill, depends how large you want the screen though, any bigger than 2.8 and your going to the next form factor up, quite a chunky size for a phone

yea thats true my acer would be a pain to carry as a phone i suppose. the HTC is quite pricy at just shy of 400 notes.
 
Needs to be sim free, as im in either UK or Germany at months at a time and will have a PAYG sim for both places.
