PDA with all the gubbins [right forum?]

Im after a PDA with Wireless, bluetooth and GPS built it. Had a look around some web sites for idea but would like to hear what people who know about PDA and computers like and which ones they would buy if money wasnt a problem.

The Dell ones and the F/S look ok, but never held one in my hand so unsure.

Any info would be great

I only ask as trying to get tomtom to work on a SPV C600 is making me go bald, so i think its time for a PDA.

I got TomTom working flawlessly on my Nokia 6630 with help from there.
