PDF Experts in here (printing to PDF)

I have a picture that is 150mm wide by about 10 foot long and I need to convert it into one big PDF.
My problem is that I can't choose my output size above 'oversized A0' which I think is the biggest size.
I'd like to be able to tell the software (Adobe Professional or PDF Creator) that I want to print to PDF the same size that the original is.
Anybody know a way around this or what I'm doing wrong?

Done it by pure accident.
Ran Adobe Professional and went to OPEN.
This defaults to PDF documents but decided to choose all and try and open the JPG which it did
I then just saved it back to PDF.
