Hi all,
We work with a lot of PDF files in our business, and part of the process is that they go through a process where people need to write on them before they are edited. Normal process is to print them out, edit the hard copy then type up the notes and pass on to the editors. The last run cost us over £10k in paper so we'd like to go digital.
Now, the layout cannot change, it must stay the same and the notes cannot cover up existing text or images.
Does anyone know of any way we can write on the PDF directly without it effecting the layout? We were maybe thinking of using a tablet too as the people editing aren't the greatest typers and accuracy is key.
