PDF image -> text converter. Any ideas?

Hi guys,

I have a PDF file of a document that I would like to copy some text from. Seems a waste of time to type it out, was wondering if anyone knew of some decent software (free!) that will convert it into a word document for me?

However converting pdf's are always flakey.

Noticed I could copy text out of a PDF on Google Docs last night. Copied an area of text and it pasted as unformatted text into a normal text editor.

File > Export > .txt Document.

I use Professional though, so you can just highlight it and CTRL-C
