PDF Text read back

Is there any facility in Adobe Acrobat to read back PDF files (providing it recognises the text ofcourse) ?

Further is there a way to record this to MP3?

I have some lecture notes which I would like to record to MP3 which I can then listen in the car during my travels.

Automatically built in to the latest Acrobat reader (can't remember which menu and as I don't have it installed I cant look). To record it you would need some kind of sound monitoring software. If you have a creative soundcard it normally comes with the card.
