PDF to Word or RTF

Do you need to be able to do this on an ongoing basis, or is it a one-off? I assume it's the former, but I'll ask anyway, as if the latter then you could email your document to someone with Acrobat Pro (e.g. me if you like) that could do it for you and email it back. Of course it might also be confidential etc., in which case I cannot help as I don't know of any freebies that do this well.
Thanks for the offer Robbie, after getting into work today a colleague had a piece of software that did a pretty good job. However it was a trial version and to buy costs $99 
This was more of a one off thing, but having the software handy for future use would be very useful. Will have a look at Acrobat pro.
