pdh printing

I have downloaded a 172 page pdh document,a camera manual, and can't seem to figure out how to print selected pages.I only need about 50 and i was hoping to print 2 to a side .I have adobe reader 7,any ideas or any other programs i can use.

It's .pdf.

I can use File>Print and choose a single page, the current page or a range of pages to print. This is with Acrobat reader 7.
