Hi people.
Got my pdr coming up soon. Have main one in January and a mid year one around July time.
This year in January we were not set any objectives. But there will be objectives set in this one in July. This is unusual as yearly pay rise for following year is based upon pdr targets etc that have been set in January for that coming year.
Also my line manager seems to accrue a lot of lieu hours, which his line manager signs of on, even though those hours are not completely honest!
Any wise words or things to be aware of during a pdr as to me it seems slightly unfair that normally a pay rise is set upon a certain percentage of your pdr over 12 months. Whereas this years one is actually only over 6 months.
Ps this isn't a moan about my line manager etc. Even though I do a lot more hours and work than him and he gets away with hardly ever being there. Yet accruing a huge amount of lieu hours.
