Am I the only one who finds PES6 against the computer annoying. They are far too good, they know your every move and it seems impossible to dribble past them

When I pass to players they get the ball most the time, but when they pass to themselves its impossible to get it and the players always seem to have lots of space. Kind of figures that the computer is biased when its controls 21 of the 22 players on the pitch.

I find it very fustrating to play. Anyone else? Multiplayer is great though.

do you always have your finger constantly on the sprint button?
when passing you should let go off the sprint button, you should also keep your finger on the pass button for a second, you could also try through passes when passing upfront or down the wings then run into the space, sprinting causes you to lose the ball in most cases

It does feel to scripted on single player, well to me anyways.
I am having a blinding match and all is going well then out of the blue 3-4 players turn into George Best & walk a goal in
Worst thing is when you have fought the whole game and are one nil up. In the 89th minute they get two late goals and nick the win of me. It would help greatly if i could control the fans and invade the pitch and start kicking off. Single player brings out All my old hooligan tendencys :p

It does sometimes feel as if the computer is just cheating. When i got the game first i nearly broke the damn thing, decided to start playing around with Arsenal and the developers must not like arsenal. Henry despite being of near olympic pace was being repetedly outpaced by players like de zeew, Gallas according to pes is of about conference level ability.

Started playing as Liverpool and all is well, i have wingers who can cross, players who can shoot unlike Fabregas who can even with the deftest touch of the shoot button smash the ball over from 2 yards.

Beating players isn't all that hard, as you dribble up to them a change of direction and a tap of the sprint button usually does the trick to knock the ball past the defender.

i love Pro Evo, but multiplayer shows up so many limitations of the AI its kinda putting me off.

the AI simply does NOT track the opponent, attempt to mark, close down space, make runs into space.

which effecitively leaves u with 10 other lemons on the pitch that you constantly have to change to to be able to move them around and cover off the gaps.

not good imo.

one way around the closing opponents down is to hold X when they have the ball, that way your nearest AI will close them down, leaving you controlling a man to clear anything up the AI can't get :)
