Peer Guardian makes my computer hang at shutdown

PeerGuardian makes my computer hang for about 30 seconds at shutdown. Sometimes its for minites I know its PeerGuardian because when its not running when I click shutdown it does it straight away.
Is it possible to make PeerGuardian stop doing this? I think its to do with timeout.

No I think I want to keep it. Is there a way to make it shutdown straight away?
