Hi,

Quick random question as I can't see a definitive answer on the site in question:

Are PEGI Ratings legally enforceable in the UK?

I know BBFC Ratings are but not every game gets rated in such a fashion

Ah good old wiki - why didn't I think of that

Also this sentence from that page confuses me:

However, it is not illegal for persons under the age to play the game, as it is a system of helping parents of children make informed decisions on buying the game. It is entirely the parent's choice whether to purchase a game for a minor

It appears to contradict the table further down the page....

That's what I thought you see - work in a supermarket on tills and of course this affects me too....
