Peltier

Was good back when we all had sub 100W CPU's.

last time I used one was with Athlon1400 , after that goto Phasechange or just plain watercooling.

TBH you don't sound like you have read up on this too much, try overclockers.com for lots of info.

They're only of any real use now for graphics cards, phase is far simpler and far safer for CPUs.

I had one on a X1900XT a while back though, but even a 172W TEC struggled to cool it adequately.

I have a thermaltake bigwater cooling just wondering if i got a 110watt peltier plus Neoprene+ Coldplate+ Dielectric would it all work out if installed proper.

Would u recommend me to gettin a custom water cooling kit or go for peltier, somthing decent good cooling just choping all my pc case up atm:D

1: You will need a dedicated PSU.
2: You need to prep your board
3: the TEC needs to be suffecient to actualy cope with max power of your CPU
4: total output will be Qmax X1.6 ( roughly) + CPU output (Watts)
5: watercooling needs to cope with all the energy (above)
6: Keeping the hot side of the TEC (peltier is the effect btw) cool is the key.

When you way up the toal cost and performance of a TEC setup now , its works out more cost effective to go Phase change.

In some cases I have seen the TEC become a thermal barrier and actualy add to the CPU's own enegery and raise the temps.

You will get wild and crazy temp swings with TEC/water setups where the TEC/watercooling has been spec'd wrong.
