Peltiers..What wattage??

Theres various peltiers for sell on the bay all at different wattage. Which would be the better option to go for if say I'm using a 2x120mm rad. Obviously just linked in a loop with the cpu and nowt else.

I wanna run a system with temps realisticly around the sub 10degC mark.

taking onboard many peoples advice and have decided to steer clear of peltiers. Must admit, it does sound like more hassle than its worth.
