pen drive problem

hi

my friends bourght a pen drive but it comes with software on it to put a password on it because of this when it is pluged in it takes up 2 removable drives but at school we only have acsess to one on are profile and i woundered if thee was any way of getting rid of this software so it only takes up 1 removable disk drive

ive tryed formating it but that doesnt delete it
so i wounded if there is anything i could do to take it off

Delete the two partitions in disk management and create a new one which fills the whole drive.
