Pen for PC

I'd like to sketch some stuff so it appears on my PC. Do I need some sort of electronic pen or something? Any recommendations?

Graphics tablet is what you need.

As to which one I'm not 100% sure as I have never used one.

Wacom tablets, all depends on your budget, you can get a cheap one for around £60. Then you have the ones that have the screen on the tablet, which cost a lot more.

Search for a wacom bamboo for the starter version.

Wacom is one of the better brands.

You can buy some decent other brands for significantly cheaper

Wacom Bamboo are good, Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch is nice.
