.
However i've been shading the resister you showed like mad and i'm getting nothing
Any ideas?Sand the resistor very slightly with 2000 grit sandpaper or something. The graphite should stick better.
A much easier way to get 1.33v would be to flash the card with a modified BIOS which you can do yourself or someone here or http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=48544 will provide one of you ask.
This seems to be a good 24/7 place to be with this zerotherm cooler temps are around 55c load - so i've stuck a bit of tape over it.
You are running the Powercolor PCS 512mb?
Is the voltage information stored in the BIOS? Is it possible to avoid the pencil mod and still get higher volts by flashing your BIOS with another cards?
