PenD 945 Chip worth it ?

Jus wondering if getting a 945 Chip to replace my current 805 is worth it ???
What kind of overclocks do these chips hit ?

Would it be any better for my games than my current 3.6Ghz 805 ?

I'm interested as they can be gotten fairly cheaply now, and I'd be able to pass on my 805 later...

Or should I just wait for RD600 boards, get one of them and upgrade to conroe later ? :D
