Is that a little high? Or is that about right at 50% load (using F@H)?

I managed to over clock to 3.6Ghz before and that took temps to about 61 degrees at full load.

I couldn't get it any higher than that though and that was at stock vcore and memory timings aswell. Is there any more left in the chip or is that it?

What voltages would I have to set to get it stable above 3.6?

Thanks :)

Unless it was super cooled dont expect much out of a 3.4 p4. and that temp for a shuttle is reasonble, u might get better with better cable managment and a re apply of AS5.

what type of shuttle / p4 cpu is it? if it's a prescott then it's quite cool but a bit high if its a northie.

lol ok my pc aint a shuttle but I could get my pentium 4 3.4ghz to 4.5ghz. Im still trying higher as we speak so it is possible.

What is the most accurate Temp reader.
cheers
