Pentium D 805 Multiplier

Is it possible to unlock the multiplier on the 805?? id like to have a lower multi so i can up the fsb to 200 or more

I know amd's can be done.. i did it to an old sempron i got.. shame i cant do it with the intel

Is it the cpu thats locked?? or the bios just not giving the option to change it?

It's the CPU. Higher-end models have unlocked multipliers. My Xeons are only downward adjustable.
