I managed to get the PD 3Ghz at 4Ghz when booting up on 1 core at 1066bus, then scored 9000 in 3dmk05 which is better than 7700 at 3.3Ghz dualcore.
I think my PD is a little dated compared to the current range of Intels though and shouldn't be used to compare against these.
