People stealing/copying content

I just noticed another person is hotlinking my images, but not only that, he has word-for-word copied my article. His 'blog' is hosted on blogspot, and pretty much just contains copied content and links to warez on rapidshare.
Is there anything I can do about it? Or is it going to be more hassle than it's worth?

Report it to blogspot, he's probably doing something against their ToS.

Yeah report them to Blogspot about copying your work. And you can stop him/her hotlinking images by using .htaccess

Yeah, something with a message like "this is image was brought to you from a stolen source"....... lol.....

No need to go overboard.... just make your point and it'll make the person aware you know he's stealing your work.

I often run my site through http://copyscape.com/ to check whether people are taking the content. I also recently posted a thread on here about hotlinking images

I email him and asked him to remove it, and he did, which was easier than I thought it was going to be.

Thanks for the copyscape link, found another website that had copied a paragraph, but seems to have removed it (some sort of news scraper thing). No doubt will be useful though.
I now have my images display a logo if they get hotlinked; before I just had text and it was difficult to see on some images.
