ok people heres the scenario.

Have Pc and Dell monitor (DVI)

LG HD TV (HDMI)

Just bought a PS3...

I want to use the PS3 on TV OR sometimes the Dell monitor.... is there a splitter - do you use something ?

ALSO

I would like to use the PC on the HD TV sometimes....

is there a way to connect everything up ?

You can connect the PC to the HDTV using an DVI to HDMI cable. But you will not get sound as DVI does not carry it. Im guessing there is an adapter for the other way around too for the PS3. You can get HDMI multiple input boxes, but any we link to are more than likely a competitor. Im guessing there would be some sort of fancy arrangement needed to not just split inputs, but outputs too, going to get confusing for you . . . .

yeah cheers.....
the sound goes to a 5.1 setup anyways so thats ok....

think ill concentrate on the ps3 to TV OR monitor first I think....

I guess a splitter from the PS3 is what I need.

Ive got a HDMI to DVI cable already ... what I need is the splitter so I dont have to keep swapping the cables.

Know nowt about DVI splitters, but for the monitor sharing you mentioned, you can get DVI based KVM switches. Most KVM's are fine only having the "V" attached without the "K and M", but obviously you need one with hard buttons since you can't trigger the switch from a keyboard while it's on the PS3.
