So he has gone from being very very happy at Sauber and not interested in Ferrari (who aren't interested in him.. yet) to now saying he is ready for a top team and to try and win WDC.

I rate Perez quite highly although he clearly has a lot to learn, but has improved this year a fair bit. To me he is a bit like Rosberg, where you get the feeling he can be very quick in the right team but when moved to the right team, hasn't gone much better?
