Perfect Baseline...

Hi Guys, been looking for a perfect baseline guide...

Is there such a thing? You know, a sort of guide to setting up bios so they are optimum without overclocking - a sort of good start up point?

I'm mainly looking for the x38 board guide, but anything would be a help...
