Perfect Golf - Early Access

Along with a few buddies, I've been playing the early access of Perfect Golf.

It's early days, but there is enough of a foundation to be able to enjoy a round and find a game online.

Here's a shot from yesterday.

Anybody else on the forums been playing? I didn't play The Golf Club, but this takes me back to three click Links or Tiger Woods.

Considering it has meant to have been in development for two year, so many basic features are missing/incomplete. DX9 graphics, really :rolleyes:

Looking from the outside in, it is just astonishing in this day and age how slow and poor games are being developed nowadays.

I'll also keep my eye on this ... but I dont expect it to be better than the Golf Club, considering the Golf Club is nothing more than average.

And I would only pay a tenner for it at most, like 99% of games this generation.

Agree there's some work to do, but we've been waiting for a decent golf game for quite a while and I'm already losing against my buddies online with this.

Meh best golf game is PGA on the Amiga, still play it a lot on my real miggy.

This deserves a bump, has come on leaps and bounds and close to pipping links as best golf sim out there imo,

Still a work in progress, only 10 or so courses, golfer animations still a bit crude etc. but multiplayer works, ai just recently added.

It's spectacular looking if you have a card that can run it on high (970 can max most settings at >60fps)

Once course forge is finally released and people can create their own courses I think the game will really take off
