All you do is make a air hole, squeeze the air out then peal back the lid. Anything other than that is just weird.

I'm also proud when something like this happens. Although, I've been having difficulties recently... when trying to peel the yoghurt lid off slowly, I get a little bit of yoghurt splash on to me.
