What kind of performance boost should I be expecting going from an AMD XP 2000 1.7GHz to a AMD X2 4200+ 2.2GHz?

Ahem, my XP 2000 has served me faithfully for the last four years so I finally convinced my mum to upgrade 
It still plays all the latest games (Well, to an extent)
Been playing FEAR, CSS, HL2 etc. and they all work fine
Still gonna be using it, transferring it to my spare case.
If my current 3Dmark05 marks are 2302, would the 4200 along with a X1900 get around 10000?
