Anybody else read this? I quite liked it - it's a bit more down to earth than evo (which tbh is getting a little tedious with fewer decent articles and more column space spent telling us what Metcalf's getting next) and more grownup than Top Gear. I certainly approved of the EliseSC review :D

Performance Car? Is this a new magazine that has just come out?

You do realise that the original Performance Car magazine was Evo's predecessor. 90% of the team of PC now work for Evo. Harry Metcalfe was/is editoral director for both magazines.

It's been relaunched.

Retro Cars is coming back in a wee while too. Under the same publishing house.

...And the team looks spot-on. The new ed did wonders with PVW and Banzai.

Retro Ford is one I often read whilst killing time @ motorway services (a very common occurrence in my job!) , retro seems to be "in Vogue" at the mo.

The Retro Ford guys are a good bunch. Really passionate about what they do.

I'd prefer it if they covered mk1 Fiestas, mk3 Escorts and phase 1 Sierras though... ;)

Tbh, I dont buy any magazines before as you get pretty much all the info you want on the net. Its the same about cars, pc's etc.

Has it been relaunched with any of the original team? I will just stick with Evo. They have the best photographers and writers by far. Plus I like reading fast fleet, with all the people there running cars I only dream of, its nice to see how much it actually costs to run a supercar.
