Performance Increase From 5400RPM To 7200RPM HDD Worth It?

Just bought myself a Dell Inspirion 1525 today, and it is coming with a 250GB 5400RPM 2.5" HDD, would it be worth buying a 7200RPM HDD (ie. This) for improved performance, and how noticeable would the performance increase be?

Was just having a look at the electrical specs of the WD Scorpio Blue (5400rpm) and the WD Scorpio Black (7200rpm) and they appear to be almost the same...

I don't think the power consumption differences are anything to worry about.
