Performance Memory Question for Rampage III

Greetings, oh hallowed members of OCUK.

I come looking for advice.

I am in the process of ordering a Rampage III Extreme and 980x and was wondering what performance range of memory people would recommend. I am looking for 6x2GB.

I am not adverse to a little bit of overclocking but to be fair I am not out to get any extreme bragging rights or the like, just want a nice stable system.

I will be watercooling the case, and wanted to include the memory, not for any perf reasons, just because I like the look of the koolance blocks

So if you can recommend memory that fits the bill and can have any heat spreaders easily removed, I'd appreciate the heads up.

Thanks for the reply, those OCZ look quite nice. I have traditionally had g-skill in the past, but that was primarily due to living next to a rather large distributor of them.

Totally forgot to mention budget requirements - being bored at work today is making the old grey matter ooze out the ears. I don't have any particular budget constraints , my company is footing the bill. That said, reasonably priced is good, but 400-600 is certainly do-able if it gives a worthwhile benefit.

It is mainly going to be used for gaming and game development work and I probably wont want to upgrade the machine again in the next 3 years.
