Performance of my E6300

I have overclocked my 6300 to 2.95Ghz, Im just wondering what stock CPU is this comparable to, both Intel and AMD (Performance wise, roughly)

not quite, but they will mostly overclock to way faster.

x6800 all but the cache (Which the FSB most likely makes up for in most caseS)

I seen afew reviews and a 6300@ 2.59 was out performing a fx 62

Well it would be comparable to a X6800 @ stock (2.93ghz).

In terms of something AMD well it would depend on the application. You would need a Dual core Opty or X2 at least oc to 2.8ghz to get into the ballpark but probably more like 3ghz+.
