Performance on HD 6450

Guys,

In my old pc I have an 8800GTS which unfortunately has died

I only play wow nowadays on this pc, so was wondering whether an ATI HD 6450 would be a decent replacement?

Am i likely to get similar performance or is it going to be awful?

I play at 1680x1050 I think, 22" widescreen monitor

Forget the 6450, it's a home theatre card.

I'm not bothered about having ultra game quality by the way, good (medium) is good enough for me

I would for a second hand 5770 if possible Look on the MM if you have access. They can be picked up for less than fifty now

Great little card, will play games at a very decent settings level. less that 100 quid, bargin imo

That should be more then enough ...
I am taking a plunge with 7850 to play WoW and D3 but the res would be 1920x1200
At the moment my 4870 still playing that res fine but with less bells and whistles.
