Performance Rating Software?

Hi,

Ive always been to review websites and seen that they use certain programs to give them a score of how well or bad their computer setup is. Is there a universal program which can give me, like, a score out of 10 of how good or bad my machine is?

I was just simply looking for a program which rates the whole systems performance and then gives a mark out of 10 (for example).
