Hi guys,
The peripherals i use are:
SteelSeries Experience I-2 Icemat Gaming Surface - Blue
Razer Copperhead Tempest Blue 2000dpi High Precision Gaming Mouse
SpeedLink Medusa SL-8793 5.1 ProGamer Edition
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1 Sound Card
And my OS:
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-Bit
I play valve games such as CS:S CS CZ L4D
I bought the Medusa headset for 5.1 surround sound but it is not what i expected. Is this due to my hardware or the lack of compatibility between Windows Vista 64 and valve games?
What would you recomend for excellent sound performance to comply with my system?
The Razor mouse was also a bit of a let down i find it "grainy" and not smooth. I've tried messing about with settings and i think i just dont like it.
Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated.
Thanks
