Permanently assigning a higher priority in Windows 7?

Here's the thing, is there a simple way of assigning a program a higher priority via task-manager that is permanent, i.e. that doesn't revert back to normal upon closing the program? At the moment I have to keep manually assigning the priority each and every time I open the program (Guild Wars 2 in this case).

So, is there some check box somewhere that I'm missing, as I can't see one.
