Permanently change language on Windows Home Premium

Is there any legal way to permanently change language on Windows Home Premium (going from English to Greek)? Could I e.g call em and get the key permanently changed?

Is it possible to install Greek windows home premium with a UK key? I didn't believe there was a version of Home Premium in Greek but it seems there is.

You should be able to select the language on install.

I'm sure you can change it in control panel whilst Windows is running too.

Wasn't it only ultimate and enterprise version that could change their language while installed and other version could only do it when installing windows for the first time? I know there are other 'ways' to force a language change if the option isn't there
