permission issues?

my installation of windows broke, so i reinstalled it on another drive, and now all is fine EXCEPT i want to access my desktop folder from my old windows installation, and it says access denied when i go to (olddrive):\documents and settings\Admin

what do i do?

there is no security tab when i right click "properties"
i am logged in at the adminsitrator though

not sure if this in any clue, but the main administrator account on my new windows installation does not show the recycle bin by default

the dir of this folder is D:\documents and settings, and my windos is running off c:\

All you needed to do was disable simple file sharing to get the security tab up
