permission problems

Im running Windows 7 and im the only user. It is 64 bit ultimate.

Im having problems, i need to add a .dll file into the root directory of my Adobe Premier CS4 folder, so that i can enable it to work with .MOD files.

However when i do this, i get this.

Under USER ACCOUNTS it says
John
Administrator
Full access.

this is obviously not the case ?
I have 48 hours to make a university 2nd year spec video from the .MOD files I have captured (Canon SD camera), so need help asap please

Try right click on Windows Explorer - Run As Administrator.

Try copying and pasting the dll file into the program files (x86) folder, you should get a UAC prompt then it will copy in.

No UAC prompt. But the explorer thing worked.

Problem is, i followed a solution to rename to MPEG and now MPC opens it etc, but premier says its corrupt. All i need to do is remove the audio stream. GRRR
