I just got a new macbook and copied over a bunch of folders from my old time machine backup but they're all read only (I can still write but need a password, which is a pain in the ass), permissions options are greyed out.
Additionally a lot of folders are no access, way too many for me to copy out contents individually.
Any way I can change this? Preferably for a lot of folders at once?
