well the thing i was gloating about is basically a rack for the equipment so you can operate it standing as opposed to crouching over a desk... if you mean what do the things ON the rack do, google is your friend
having not used pioneers I cant comment really. Denons have done me fine and I think the ~125ish quid ya save over the cdj800 makes any shortcomings worth it
